Objectives: Preterm birth and admission to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) would disrupt mother-Infant attachment. Neurodevelopmental care training and support of family programs are essential for the family of such Infants. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of neurodevelopmental care training program for mothers with preterm Infants on mother-Infant attachment at one month’ s age. Materials and Methods: Study population included all the mothers of preterm Infants born in the hospitals of Tehran in 2018. The research was designed as a multicenter cluster clinical trial and four hospitals were randomly selected and divided into intervention and control groups. Before the intervention, the mother-Infant attachment was measured by the Maternal-Postnatal Attachment Scale (MPAS). The mothers in the intervention group received a 12-session preterm Infant neurodevelopmental care training program while the control group only received the routine care in the unit. Finally, the mother-Infant attachment was re-measured in both groups at the one month corrected age. Results: No significant difference was observed in the attachment score before and after the intervention in the control group but the mother-Infant attachment score was significantly different in the intervention group (57. 75± 11. 09 vs. 78. 27± 4. 54). Conclusions: The neurodevelopmental care training program was effective and increased the mother-Infant attachment rate.

AbstractContext and purpose. The purpose of this research is to design a model for the development of cultural and creative Industries through economic tools and mechanisms and the integration of creative and cultural economy.Methodology/approach. In the current study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used and the in-depth interview technique was used to collect information. The sampling method of the research was purposeful and snowball methods with theoretical saturation criteria and interviews with 20 experts in the field of creative and cultural Industries. open, axial and selective coding processes was used to data analysis, and after that, the grounded theory emerging from the data was presented in the form of a story and visual model, and based on them, definition and classification were carried out for the application of the development of creative and cultural Industries. Findings and conclusions. The results have shown that training and empowerment of cultural and creative Industries and culture building in the field of cultural and creative Industries act as intervening conditions to encourage business owners to create cultural and creative jobs, and these three-dimensional conditions in interaction together have caused the development of cultural and creative Industries and the dynamics of the economy and moving towards the creative economy, and the consequence of that is the creative ecosystem approach to economic benefits and economic profitability and cultural development.Originality/innovation. The book explains the causes of successful development in East Asian countries. These countries which were poor and backward after the Second World War, during a few decades, became newly industrializing countries. There are different views about the causes of the development of East Asian countries. Some experts believe that the major cause is their acceptance of market mechanisms and export orientation. While others emphasize the governments' role in supporting Infant Industries and encouraging the private sector exports. Chang shows that freemarket mechanism was not the cause of their success. Conversely, governments' conditional supporting measures alongside effective supervision on the private sector economic performance, and emphasis on exports had a major impact in the development of the East Asian countries. “, The East Asian Development Experience: The Miracle, The Crisis and The Future”,is a very useful book for Iranian researchers and policymakers in the current situation. Fatemi Nasab's translation of the book is very good but there are a few problems in translating special words that seem to be related to the lack of deep knowledge in economics.

According to released official statistics of greenhouse gas emissions in 2010, CO2, which is produced by fossil fuels and industrial processes, accounts for 65 percent of total global greenhouse gas emissions. The transport sector, in turn, is responsible for 23% of CO2 emissions. Researchers have been claiming that car manufacturers have not made significant efforts to reduce the pollution levels of their products, due significant government support policies, especially high tariff rates. It is also known that many developing countries impose high tariffs on car imports. In order to investigate the effect of tariffs on vehicle emissions, this paper analyzes the impact of vehicle tariffs on CO2 emissions of cars in a panel of 20 selected car importing countries during the years 2005-2013. The results indicate that increased vehicle tariff protection in the selected countries has led to an increase in carbon dioxide emissions. The China-South Korean policy model of tariff cuts, combined with environmentally supportive policies can be a good example for Iranian policymakers.

The authors report a case of epilepsy presented as Infantile masturbation. The patient was a 3-year-old girl with paroxysmal attacks of masturbation mimicking seizures. Her physical examination was completely normal, with no other neurological problems, although her EEG showed abnormal changes. By administration of anticonvulsant, the number of attacks reduced primarily and with the increment of the dose, subsided totally.

Background: Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease involving several organs with different presentations. It is primarily a disease of animals. Human infection is usually acquired by close contact with infected animals or consumption of unpasteurized dairy products. The major reservoirs include goat, sheep, swine and cattle. Human to human transmission of brucellosis is a rare entity, especially perinatal transmission. This report is introducing congenital transmission of brucellosis. Patient: A pregnant woman with brucellosis referred when she was on 32nd week of gestation. Shetransferred  brucellosis to her off-spring due to inappropriate therapy. After definite diagnosis, a standard treatment was commenced and they were doing well while relapse was not seen.Conclusion: Brucellosis can be transmitted perinatally, although it is a rare entity. A combination of rifampin and trimethoprime-sulfamethoxazole can be safely prescribed for brucellosis during pregnancy, except for the first trimester and the last 2-4 weeks of pregnancy.
